Shipping policy

 

  •  All orders are processed between 1-3 business days. 
  • Please note that the estimated shipping times below are estimated and can change at any time.
  • Canada and USA are eligible for free shipping after spending $150CAD before taxes, before discounts. 
  • **Furniture and a few other large items are not eligible for free shipping.

 

CANADA

Parcels within Canada are all trackable.

*Promo codes must be used at time of order and may not be applied once an order has been submitted. Only one code can be used at a time.

Atelier when we wear young Limited is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or packages return to us due to an incorrect address. 

Montreal Local Pick up

    • Montreal Local Pick up at Boutique Evelyne : 5127 Sherbrooke St. W. 
    • Packages will be delivered every Thursday. You will receive an email once your order is ready for pick up. See Enamour's website for opening hours. (Please note this pick up location is changing as of October 1st to Evelyne Boutique: 5127 Sherbrooke St. W
    • NEW! Do you need something same day? Email us with the subject: Montreal Same-Day and we can arrange delivery by courier if times are available. Rate is $18. Email: minna@whenwewearyoung.com  

USA

Orders to the US may take longer than the estimated delivery window due to parcels being processed through customs.

We highly recommend choosing an option that includes tracking and insurance to allow for tracking the parcel and for your order to arrive quicker. If you choose shipping without tracking it can take up to 4 weeks to arrive and we have no way of knowing where the package is.

Customers are responsible for all import taxes, duty or other customs fees for their order. Shipments may be held by a country's customs department for some time. Please note that when we wear young is not responsible for such situations and refunds will NOT be applied. Any packages that are refused or not acknowledged by the customer will not be refunded by when we wear young.

We are happy to ship everywhere outside of Canada!

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

All returns and exchanged must be authorized by emailing when we wear young at minna@whenwewearyoung.com and must be sent within 7 days of receiving your order.

All costs for returns or exchanging items are the responsibility of the customer. For exchanges, we cannot guarantee that the item will be in stock when we receive the item for exchange. In this case, we will process a refund. 

All refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of merchandise and credited back using your original form of payment. 

All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition with all tags intact. All returns are accepted at the sole discretion of when we wear young

**Sale items are all FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
